THE ENTRY PROCESS

  

Phase 1:

Get your online Registration Form from i-CreatEVO 2018 website (https://icreatevo2018.wixsite.com/createvo). Before you start the submission process, select the Competition Discipline and Category that you wish to enter, complete the entire form and load all files. Upload the file at “Submit Your Product/ Artwork Research Proposal” and “Submit Visual Sketches/ Poster” button.

 

Format:
1. Participants are required to write The Product/ Artwork Research Proposal to explain their idea on the following;
●    Rationale/ justification behind the chosen title.
●    The material used.
●    Inspiration for the design and its unique features.
●    Technical drawing/ dimensional measurements.
●    Other informations that the participants wish to convey to the judges.
●    Must provide the copyright for their own Product/Artwork
●    Can download the example of The Product/ Artwork Research Proposal in 
       website.

 

2. Visual sketches/ poster of the design or work diagram must be done on 3D perspective (follow from the appendix or you can download from website): 
●    Idea development sketches;
●    Technical drawings (top, front, back and side views)
●    Other related matters.
●    Can use and download the template poster presentation in website.
●    The visual sketches/ poster must in A2 size. 

 

This phase is to ensure the originality of the product/ artwork and also to apportion the space that will be given to the participants to present or set up their designs to be judged by the panel for Final Phase. 

 

The Product/ Artwork Research Proposal and visual sketches/ poster must be given in pdf. file format with the Online Registration Form. 

 

All the items (Product/ Artwork Research Proposal and Visual Sketches/ Poster) sent via online registration will be automatically owned by the organizer.

 

Do not send images of your product/ artwork which has been framed or contains watermarks.

 

Label your image files in the following manner: Product/ Artwork Title.

The Online Registration Competition will begin from February 28th 2018 until September 1th 2018 (11.00 pm) Malaysian time.

Phase 2:

This phase is for Preliminary Rounds (Judging) from Professional judges. The date is until September 2nd 2018 (11.00pm)

Phase 3:

Participants selected to the finals will be announced in our website on 13th May 2018 onward. We will send the acceptance letter by email to the finalist and you will be redirected to a confirmation page in Payee Submission Form Online. To get an Early Bird payment, you must settle the payment before 21th July 2018.  

 

Should you miss the Early Bird deadline, participants will pay the regular rate.

The participants and the payee (if different) will receive a confirmation email.
